LIVERPOOL, Britain (AP) — Swedish vocalist Loreen won the Eurovision Tune Challenge on Saturday night with her power melody “Tattoo,” at a brilliant, diverse music rivalry obfuscated for a subsequent year showing to the conflict in Ukraine.
